Great spot to stay Melb-Syd stop over. Rooms were clean, had what we needed, shampoo/conditioner etc, pool towels provided. Lovely pool to swim in (no hand rails etc for older folk). Staff friendly and accommodating. Would stay again and recommend for families with children. Close to everything.

Good basic motel, comfortable and clean. Reception unattended at 6pm when I arrived so had to call- they claimed not to have my phone number to advise of key details. Regardless, the onsite restaurant is great and the stay was what you would expect for the price

Leonie at the front desk was so nice and friendly. Bec at the dining room was also very friendly and exceptional service she provided. Great continental breakfast but the prices and hot food available was excellent. Room was large, bed so comfy, kitchenette had everything needed and plenty of hot water. We would stay again and highly recommend staying at the Thunderbird motel.

brilliant sized motel room we had the spa suite immaculately clean lovely comfy bed. Pool was awesome on a hot day the restaurant was booked out so we went to the recommended pub two blocks up which was fantastic too. great friendly service and well priced we wouldn’t hesitate to return

Thunderbird motel in Yass is a very good quality establishment. Room size was very generous and well appointed. It was nicely cleaned and presented. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The other big benefit was the attached Ewe and Me restaurant. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking fir a nice place to stay.

Very comfortable motel within walking distance to Woolies, BWS, Aldi, cafes, pubs etc. We had the queen deluxe room which was huge. It was very well appointed with a sofa, microwave, mini bar and French press coffee plunger as well. The check in and dining room staff were extremely friendly helpful and professional. Highly recommend staying here when in Yass.

We had a relaxing and comfortable overnight stay at the Thunderbird Motel, Yass. The location was excellent, being only a very short stroll to the centre of town. The room was comfortable and warm, and the bathroom was renovated and modern.

Does the regional motel thing very well. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable, heating worked well which is handy when staying in Yass in winter. Close to town centre also helps.
